Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept the purchased item or offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once your item/parcel has been received and inspected, and the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund request. If approved, we will then let you know once your exchange/refund has been processed.
Returns will not be processed/credited until the item(s) are back in our possession.
Please note that any item(s) should be returned to us within 7 days from the date of contacting us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@frarugarments.com and send your item to our physical address in Bugolobi.
Any items purchased while in a promotional period can only be exchanged. No refunds.
Ready to Wear Garments & Accessories
You may return ready-to-wear garments, men’s and women’s accessories (including handbags, jewelry and sandals) for an exchange or refund as long as they are unworn with all tags still attached. Please contact us within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
Gifts received with purchase of items, shop and win prizes, are not exchangeable or returnable.

African Print Fabric
Kitenge fabrics are non-returnable as they are customised items that are cut to your desired measurements. We inspect our fabrics before shipping but if you find any damage or defects please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask you to send us clear photos of the damage so that we can investigate.
Shipping returns
To return the item you purchased, you should deliver the item to our physical address in Bugolobi.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for paying or meeting the return shipping costs while returning the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
